Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Little Web Design Shop, we dedicate time, planning, and resources to every project we accept. Because our services involve customized work and reserved project time, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your project on our schedule and allows us to begin planning, preparation, design, development, or other work associated with your project.

If a client chooses to cancel or postpone a project after a deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded or returned.

Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments already made may be applied toward completed work, project expenses, or time reserved for the project.

If the amount of work completed exceeds the amount already paid, the remaining balance for completed work may still be due.

Completed Services

Because web design, development, SEO, graphic design, marketing, consulting, maintenance, and other digital services are customized and time-based services, payments for work that has already been completed are non-refundable.

We encourage clients to review project details, proposals, estimates, and requested services carefully before approving work.

Website Maintenance & Recurring Services

Recurring website maintenance, marketing, SEO, or other ongoing services may be canceled in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement or plan.

Payments for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable, particularly when services, monitoring, updates, or other work have already been performed during that period.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party products or services—including domain names, website hosting, premium plugins, software licenses, stock assets, advertising costs, or other outside services—are subject to the refund policies of the applicable third-party provider and are generally non-refundable through The Little Web Design Shop.

Project Delays or Client Inactivity

Projects may be delayed when required content, approvals, information, payments, or feedback are not received from the client in a timely manner. A delay or lack of client response does not automatically qualify a project for a refund.

Projects that remain inactive for an extended period may need to be rescheduled based on our current availability.

Concerns With Your Project

We want our clients to be happy with the work we provide. If you have a concern about a project or service, please contact us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
